Membership Terms and Agreement By purchasing a membership, you (“Member”/“Parent”/“Guardian”) agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Membership Commitment

• A minimum two (2) month payment is required at the time of enrollment.

• Membership cannot be exchanged, transferred, or applied to a different month.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Memberships automatically renew on a monthly basis after the initial two-month commitment.

• Cancellations must be made by phone call or email at least 7 days prior to the next billing date to avoid further charges.

• No refunds or credits will be issued for partial months.

3. Membership Access

• Memberships are valid for use during regular play sessions only.

• Memberships are not valid during private events or special facility rentals.

4. Guests and Guardians

• Each membership includes entry for up to two (2) adult guardians per visit.

• Any additional adults beyond the included two (2) must purchase a regular adult ticket.

5. General Conditions

• Memberships are intended for personal, family use only and cannot be shared between households.

• The facility reserves the right to modify play schedules, hours of operation, or membership benefits with notice.

• All members and guests must comply with facility rules and safety guidelines at all times.

• Failure to follow facility rules may result in suspension or termination of membership without refund.
